Composition
30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 15% Mourvedre, 12% Shiraz, 9% Petit Verdot, 3% Grenache, 3% Pinot Noir
Cellar
Harvested early in the morning and cold macerated for 6 days at 11˚C. Fermented for 8 days with 5 pump-overs per day, 8 days of maceration after fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 39 barrels produced.
