Cellar
Harvested early in the morning, the grapes are left to macerate in the must for 5 days at 11˚C, then the temperature is raised to 18˚C to allow partial natural fermentation. Maceration time after fermentation: 9 days. Aged for 12 months in French and European oak. Only 7 barrels produced.
