Lynx Pinot Noir is an elegant, light-style red wine from Franschhoek Valley, South Africa, made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is fruit-driven, showing typical dark cherry and raspberry aromas and flavours. Aged for 12 months in second- and third-fill French oak barrels to preserve its delicate character. Perfectly pairs with salmon or lighter dishes.

Winemaking

Harvested early in the morning, left for 5 days at a temperature of 11°C, then fermented in an open tank. The wine matured for 12 months in French oak, only 809 bottles were produced.
