Ayama Grenache Blanc is a fresh white wine from Voor Paardeberg, South Africa, made from 100% Grenache Blanc. It shows a pale straw colour with bright aromas of green apple and mandarin orange. The palate offers clean citrus, mineral notes, a touch of peach, and a hint of liquorice on the lingering finish. Full-bodied with crisp acidity, it pairs beautifully with flavourful dishes, fish, lamb, and spiced foods of Moroccan, Spanish, Indian, or Asian origin

Ayama Cabernet Sauvignon Old Vine comes from vineyards planted in 1988 in the Voor Paardeberg area of South Africa. The wine shows an intense ruby-red colour with aromas of spices, cloves, and sour cherry. On the palate, it recalls marasca cherries in spirit with subtle pepper notes. The tannins are very elegant and well-balanced. Aged for 9 months in large oak casks, this wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, mature cheeses, wild mushrooms, or grilled vegetables

Ayama Petite Sirah comes from the Voor Paardeberg area in South Africa, made from 100% Petite Sirah. The wine displays a deep, dark ruby colour with rich aromas of sweet black berry fruit, blueberry, chocolate, baking spices, and cigar notes. The palate is full-bodied and round, showing ripe berry notes, leather, cocoa, anise, and cinnamon. It is aged for 9 months in 500-litre barrels. Perfect with braised or grilled meats, stews, or roasted lamb
