The wine displays a deep, dark ruby colour with rich aromas of sweet black berry fruit, blueberry, chocolate, baking spices, and cigar notes. The palate is full-bodied and round, showing ripe berry notes, leather, cocoa, anise, and cinnamon. It is aged for 9 months in 500-litre barrels. Perfect with braised or grilled meats, stews, or roasted lamb

Nieuwe Haarlem Pinotage is a bold red wine from the Coastal Region of South Africa. It showcases a deep purple colour with rich aromas of dark roasted coffee, black cherries, plums, blueberries, liquorice, and vanilla. The palate offers vibrant dark fruits combined with espresso, mocha, cocoa, and smoky oak notes. Medium to full-bodied with silky tannins and balanced acidity, finishing long and smooth with coffee and chocolate nuances. Perfect with chargrilled ribeye steak, slow-roasted lamb shanks, or dark chocolate desserts
