From the Springfiled winery we have the excellent Miss Lucy cuvée and the mineral Sauvignon Blanc. From the Spier winery there is a Sauvignon Blanc in the Seaward range. Franschhoek, or French horn, is a town located 75 kilometres from Cape Town. It is one of the oldest towns in South Africa, but more importantly, it is a beautiful wine centre. The tasting set features wines from three wineries - Boekenhoutskloof, La Bri and Lynx. From the former, the Chocolate Block is not to be missed, while La Bri winery is represented by the Affinity cuvée and the Merlot and Chardonnay varieties. The Lynx winery completes the set with the excellent Revolution cuvée in the Bordeaux style and the SMG in the Rhone blend style.
